Deep Alberta Roots — Three Decades and Counting
I moved to Alberta in 1992. Got my mortgage licence in 1999. I've lived in Calgary, raised a family in Okotoks for 20 years, and now call High River home.
I'm not a broker who "covers Southern Alberta" from a call centre. I've lived it. I know the markets, the Realtors, the builders, the appraisers. I know what homes are selling for and what lenders are actually approving.
